Agency eligibility criteria (e.g. under 18s):
Adults who have been experiencing problematic drug and/or alcohol use. Service users need to be clean and dry on the day of access. A full service assessment would be offered in the first instance.

Services offered (e.g. needle exchange):
We aim to provide a quality service for people who have experienced problematic drug or alcohol use, offering support which includes access to housing, personal development, training, education and employment. Complementary Therapies are provided as part of the core programme on 2 mornings & one afternoon.

What facilities are available to deliver complementary therapies?
There are rooms allocated to complementary therapies on the days that the service is delivered.

Therapies offered:
Wide range of therapies including: Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Shiatsu, Holistic Facials, Thai Yoga Massage, T’ai Chi, Yoga, Meditation, Acupressure Massage, Hypnotherapy, Aromatherapy on a rolling programme. To access complementary therapies, service users must register with Double Impact, which includes an assessment.

Additional therapies to be offered in the future:
Would like to offer evening and weekend sessions to provide out of hours service.
